Is my data safe?

The system is built in your accounts, on your tools, with permissions you set. We work on least-privilege access and read-only anywhere reading is enough. Nothing you give us trains a model — we only use inference providers contractually barred from training on or retaining your data. If a source is too sensitive to connect, we leave it out and tell you why. We’d rather hand you a smaller system you trust completely than a bigger one you quietly worry about.

Will my team actually use it?

It lives inside Slack or Teams where they already work, and they train on the real system during the build rather than on a demo. And honestly — if we think your team won’t adopt it, we tell you on the intro call and don’t take the project. We have turned down work for exactly that reason. A system nobody opens is worse than no system, because you paid for it.

We already pay for AI tools. Is this wasted money?

Usually the opposite. Most teams we meet have four subscriptions and nothing connecting them, which is why none of it compounds. We keep what works, wire it into the foundation, and retire what’s redundant. You’re buying the layer that makes the tools you’re already paying for finally worth something.

What does it cost?

One fixed price for the whole thing: five systems, five workflows, the training, and 30 days of stabilization after go-live. You get the number on the intro call, before you commit to anything, and it does not move afterwards. There is no hourly meter, no discovery fee, and no change orders. The only things outside it are third-party software licences, which you buy directly and own, and work beyond the five agreed workflows, which we quote before starting.

What happens after the 60 days — am I stuck with you?

No, and that is deliberate. You own the system and the documentation, so your team can run and extend it without us. If you want us to stay on, there is an optional month-to-month partnership — monitoring and tuning, a monthly health review, one live training a month for your team, and direct email access to us. Cancel anytime, no long-term contract, and you keep everything either way.

Question 6

How much of my team’s time does the build take?

A few hours a week from you or a point person, for four weeks. Kickoff, a walkthrough of each workflow as it comes online, and quick yes/no approvals along the way. We build around your calendar, not on it — the whole point is giving you time back, not inventing a project.

Question 7

We’re not technical. Can we actually run this?

Accepted Answer

If you can message a coworker in Slack or Teams, you can drive the system — that’s the bar, on purpose. The training happens on your real setup, the skills library means nobody has to remember how anything works, and we stay 30 days past go-live to catch whatever real use shakes loose. Most of our clients would not call themselves technical. That’s exactly who this is built for.

Which AI tools and models do you use?

Whichever fit your stack and your budget — we’re deliberately tool-agnostic, so we’re never forcing one product into every workflow. Licences are bought in your name, so you’re never locked to our vendor choices. And because the foundations are built to outlast any single model, when something better ships next quarter you swap it in instead of rebuilding.

Is my industry too niche for this?

We’ve built for wealth management, design, capital markets and the trades — and the leak looked the same in every one of them: knowledge scattered across inboxes, work re-keyed by hand, follow-ups that depend on somebody remembering. The five systems don’t change. The wiring is what’s custom, and the wiring is the work.

How much does AI implementation cost for a small business?

Most agencies quote hourly or by open-ended retainer, which is why almost nobody publishes a number and why the final invoice rarely matches the pitch. We work the opposite way: one fixed price for a defined scope, quoted on the first call. You know the number and the delivery date before you sign, and neither changes on you. Ranges depend on how many tools you run and how tangled they are, so we scope it live rather than guess in public.
