Privacy. The short version.

Heads up: This is a working draft. Sageridge Group should have this reviewed by qualified counsel before launch. The intent below is plain-English and accurate to current practice, but jurisdiction-specific requirements (CCPA, GDPR, etc.) may add obligations.

Who we are

Sageridge Group (“Sageridge,” “we,” “us”) is an AI consulting and implementation firm based in Austin, Texas. We build custom AI Coworkers for owner-led businesses.

What information we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, email address, company name, and anything else you send when you book a call, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us.
  • Information collected automatically. Basic visit analytics (page views, referrer, anonymous device and browser data) via our hosting provider. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
  • Information from clients during engagements. Your business data, documents, conversations, and tool integrations as needed to build and operate your AI Coworker. This is governed by the engagement contract.

How we use it

  • To respond to inquiries and schedule calls.
  • To deliver services we’re contracted to deliver.
  • To improve the website and understand which content is useful.
  • To send occasional updates if you’ve subscribed.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell your information to anyone.
  • We don’t use client data to train third-party AI models.
  • We don’t share your information except with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service, or when required by law.

How we protect it

Client AI Coworkers run on infrastructure we own behind a private security perimeter. We sign NDAs, DPAs, and BAAs on request. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you, at any time. Email alex@sageridgegroup.com and we’ll handle it within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to operate the site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics that require consent in your jurisdiction, we’ll add a consent banner.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and notify existing clients by email.
