Q·01
What does Sageridge Group do?
We’re your AI partner. We help owner-led businesses become AI-native in three ways: we train your team in hands-on workshops, we deploy custom AI coworkers inside your Slack or Teams, and we rebuild your operations to run on AI. Most owners start with one and grow into the rest.
Q·02
What’s the difference between training, an AI coworker, and done-for-you operations?
Training makes your existing team confident using AI on their real work. An AI coworker is a custom system that lives in Slack or Teams and does the repetitive work itself. Done-for-you operations is the full rebuild: we wire AI into sales, marketing, and admin so the whole company scales without adding headcount. They stack, training builds the habit, the coworker does the work, and operations rebuilds the system.
Q·03
I’m not sure which one I need. Where do I start?
That’s exactly what the free assessment call is for. We look at your business, find where AI pays off first, and tell you which path makes sense, even if the answer is “not yet.” No pressure, no pitch deck.
Q·04
What is an AI Coworker?
A custom-built AI system that lives inside your existing tools (Slack, Teams, email, CRM) and handles real work like a teammate: lead follow-up, reporting, invoicing, inbox triage. Unlike a generic chatbot, it’s trained on your business and runs workflows on its own.
Q·05
Do you run in-person workshops, or only virtual?
Both. We run team workshops on-site or over video, tailored to your business and your team’s actual roles. People walk out using AI on real work, with playbooks to keep the habit going after we leave.
Q·06
Can’t I just use ChatGPT or Claude myself?
You can, and many owners have. But a login isn’t a system. The tools are powerful; the hard part is deciding what to automate, connecting your stack, setting guardrails, training the team, and keeping it improving. That’s the part we do. We’re tool- and model-aware, so we use whatever fits your business instead of forcing one product into every workflow.
Q·07
How much does this cost?
It depends on the path and the scope. A workshop, a coworker deployment, and a full operations rebuild are very different investments. Book the free call and you’ll get a straight answer in plain English. No 47-page proposal, no bait-and-switch.
Q·08
How long does it take?
Fast. A workshop can happen within a week or two. A custom AI coworker is typically live within a week of the first working session. A full operations rebuild is phased, but you see wins early, not months later.
Q·09
What tools and apps do you work with?
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, QuickBooks, Stripe, and roughly 2,700 others through APIs. If your stack has something unusual, ask. We’ve usually found a way.
Q·10
Is my business data safe?
Yes. Built with privacy, scoped access, and client-controlled data handling. Your AI runs behind a private security perimeter, not on a public API that leaks data into third-party models, and your data is never used to train anyone else’s model. We sign NDAs, DPAs, and BAAs on request.
Q·11
What size of business is this for?
Owner-led businesses, roughly $1M to $50M in revenue, with real workflows and a team, where hiring a full-time AI engineer isn’t justified. The fit is strongest for established operating companies.
Q·12
Where is Sageridge Group based?
